The America's Incredible Pizza Company concept focuses on providing delicious, high-quality food, prepared to exacting standards at on-site kitchens in an extensive buffet setting. The four dining areas give families a place to share experiences together while they enjoy wholesome food at a fair price. Party rooms give groups of all kinds a place to celebrate together, and the Fairgrounds give everyone a place to have good, clean fun – all indoors.
Our extensive research into the family entertainment industry identified a significant market segment not being served by Chuck-E-Cheese, Discovery Zone or Dave and Busters. The success of our flagship location in Springfield, Missouri, has confirmed what we believed to be true when we started America's Incredible Pizza Company: give families a fun, wholesome atmosphere with food prepared according to the highest standards, offer it at a great value for their entertainment dollar, and they will come – not just once, but again and again.
We have learned that the America's Incredible Pizza Company concept works best when we locate our 22,000- to 90,000-square foot stores at high traffic “A” locations in communities of over 50,000 people. Open 11AM till 10PM seven days a week, we serve up to 15,000+ customers per week at an average sale of $10-$12 per person. And, with everything indoors in a controlled setting, we aren’t hampered by the extremes of changing seasons or adverse weather.
While our stores do require a large space, we have found there are many empty grocery stores, Wal-Mart and K-mart type buildings, which are ideally located and can often be leased or purchased at extremely favorable rates.

Quality & Quantity. At America's Incredible Pizza Company, we painstakingly maintain the quality of our food. In creating our menu, we hired a four-star chef and the American Baking Institute to work with our president, Larry Abbe, in developing the amazing variety of products served on our Incredible Buffet. All our Alfredo, pizza and pasta sauces and three types of pizza crust (original, pan and lavosh) are made fresh daily, prepared with the freshest possible ingredients in our own on-site commissary. The consistent quality of our food is why 95-percent of our customers purchase our buffet before going to play in the Fairgrounds.
Marketing. America's Incredible Pizza Company’s community involvement is the key to our marketing success. Positive marketing formats include student incentive programs in local schools, fundraisers, lock-ins with youth groups, Incredible birthday parties for all ages, Bravery Awards for dentists and doctors, group events for kids’ sports teams, civic organizations, family reunions, banquets – the list goes on and on. From corporate events to family parties to Project Graduation lock-ins, fundraisers and everything in-between, we will be the number one, top-rated party place in your community. Customized websites for each location, radio advertising and email marketing are also important tools for attracting thousands of customers each week.
Management System. America's Incredible Pizza Company has a proprietary money management program that is used throughout our system. Every sale is handled on an encoded Incredible credit card which is purchased upon entry. This card is loaded with the amount of dollars purchased and then used by our customers as a bar coded credit card, doing away with any need for tokens. The customer “swipes” the credit card through the “blinkie” system built into every game and ride in the Fairgrounds. The cost of each game or ride is automatically deducted from the card, and the fun begins.
Our unique Incredible credit card is also used for saving tickets at the Big Top Prize Counter, where they are redeemed for prizes. The card can be used over and over again when our customers return to their local Incredible Pizza Company This money management system is also utilized as a time clock for all employees, food cost reporting, redemption inventory, party reservations, point of sale and individual game and ride venues.
Training. From bus staff to management personnel, our web-based computer training program provides a video presentation and written description of each and every position at our locations. It also includes tests that must be successfully completed before each employee receives hands-on training with a mentor. Because our training is web-based, needed changes or improvements can be enacted at our headquarters office and made immediately available to all stores. Constant updating and monitoring of this high-tech training approach insures consistency and a high standard of customer service and satisfaction at each and every operation in the America's Incredible Pizza Company system.
Experience. Corporate President Larry Abbe and founders Cheryl and Rick Barsness have over 90 years combined experience and knowledge in the restaurant and entertainment business. Our unique Servant Management bonus program lowers turnover while instilling a sense of teamwork among all employees. Working with our food and game vendors, America's Incredible Pizza Company is positioned to be a major player in the national FEC market place. IPC has affiliate companies that can provide a turnkey build-out as well as manage each start-up operation for at least the first year of our franchisee’s operation.
