Party Agreement

Once your deposit has been received it will apply to the total cost of your party. The balance below is an estimate only. Final payment is due at conclusion of your party.

Your party starts promptly at the scheduled time. You may check-in to the Party Place 10 minutes prior to the party start time. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to get into your party early. At the start time, You and your guests will then be taken back to your reserved space for the 90 minutes of fun. If guests arrive late, we will happily escort them to your party.

PLEASE INFORM ALL GUESTS TO ARRIVE PROMPTLY ON TIME. THIS INCLUDES OUR VIP PARTY PARENTS & BIRTHDAY HONOREE(S). We will hold your reserved room for 30 minutes after the start time. If you run past the first 30 minutes of your reserved time, you will forfeit the private party room/party host. We will then issue reserved tables in General Dining for up to an hour. We cannot guarantee immediate seating. If you are aware that you will be late, please contact our Party Planners immediately.

Towards the end of the 90 minutes of your party, we will take a final head count of guests and prepare your final payment. After the final payment has been made, you will recieve your game cards. At that time, you and your guests will spend as much time as you would like in our Fairgrounds game area. We ask that you please take all of your personal belongings, gifts, and cake after your time in the party room is over.

We welcome you to bring your own cake but no other food or outside beverage please.

If you have parents or other individuals that will be accompanying one of your party guests, they will be asked to pay an admission fee.

We require ALL adults attending the birthday party to purchase a buffet & drink at our discounted price of $7 OR a $7 Game Card as part of their Entry Fee.

Birthday parents may choose to include these adults on their ticket or request that all adults pay separately prior to date of event.

We welcome you to bring your own decorations; however; please do not bring any decorations that leave a mess such as silly string or confetti. If these kinds of decor are used we may have to assess a cleaning fee.

When estimating the numbers of your guests, please keep in mind that there is a 20 person maximum capacity for our party rooms. If you are expecting more than 20 guests please contact us to reserve a second room. We will be happy to accommodate if an extra room is available. If an extra room is not available and there are any additional guests over the room capacity, they will have to find seating in our general dining area. Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve extra seating.
