General Rules

• Supervise Children – Parents and guardians must supervise children at all times, especially in play areas and near food stations.
• Respect Age & Height Restrictions – Certain attractions have age, height, and weight requirements for safety. Guests must comply with all posted restrictions.
• Follow Staff Instructions – Employees are trained to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Guests must follow all instructions given by staff regarding games, attractions, and dining.
• Keep It Clean – Guests are responsible for properly disposing of trash and ensuring their area remains clean.
• No Running or Rough Play – To maintain a safe environment, running, pushing, roughhousing, or other unsafe behaviors are not permitted.

Buffet-Specific Rules

• Use a Clean Plate for Each Visit – Guests must use a new, clean plate for each trip to the buffet.
• No Sharing Between Paying & Non-Paying Guests – Every guest consuming food from the buffet must have a valid buffet wristband or receipt.
• Serve Food Responsibly – Guests should take only what they can reasonably eat to minimize food waste.
• No Direct Contact with Food – Guests must use tongs and utensils provided; direct hand contact with buffet food is strictly prohibited.
• Children Require Supervision – Children should be accompanied by an adult while serving themselves at the buffet to ensure safety and proper food handling.

Game & Attraction Rules

• Respect Game Play Time – Guests should be considerate of others waiting for their turn and avoid monopolizing games or attractions.
• No Climbing on Games or Machines – All equipment must be used as intended. Climbing, hanging, or misusing games, rides, or attractions is not allowed.
• Follow Posted Attraction Rules – Each attraction has specific rules that must be followed. Guests must adhere to all posted safety guidelines and instructions from staff.
