| Do you offer military discount for groups? | We do not offer additional discounts for group packages and birthdays as they are already discounted. We do offer a military discount for regular visits. |
| Can I just do games and not eat/purchase a buffet? | The buffet is required for entry, however a buffet and drink is included on every package. |
| Can we share game cards? | Sharing cards is prohibited. |
| Do we have to purchase the online packages 2 hours in advance? | A two hour window is advised to ensure that you receive the redemption code for your purchase in time. Codes may send sooner, but may take up to two hours. |
| When purchasing an online package, do they expire? | No, you can never purchase them too early and they do not expire. |
| We are planning on having over 10 guests with us in about an hour, what special rates do you offer? | With 10 or more guests on the same ticket we offer $1 off of each buffet and Ultimate Eat and Play. We do not take same-day reservations. |

| Do you have options suitable for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or other dietary restrictions? | Our large buffet has options for people with many dietary needs! Customers are able to enjoy any items that traditionally suit them as well ordering custom pizzas with gluten-free crust and/or with vegan cheese. |
| Is there a charge for a private room? | Private rooms are included in the price of packages that offer them. |
| Can we use a game card for attractions? | Yes. If your package includes attractions, once you have used all of them, the price of the attraction will be deducted from your game card amount. Attractions usually cost somewhere between $4.50 and $7 with their prices listed on the attraction. |
| Can we reload a card? | Yes! See a cashier or use one of our kiosks in the game room. |
| Is Springtown in Tulsa/Springfield included as an attraction? | Yes! Socks are a small additional fee. |
| Does Springtown require a waiver? | Yes! You can find the QR Code for the waiver in-store. |
| Do you offer any games for toddlers? | Yes, we offer a tiny town designated for 6 years and under to play. |
| What does the buffet include? | We offer a fresh salad bar, hot dogs, tacos, pasta, soups, homestyle foods, desserts, and of course, pizza. |
| How long are we allowed to stay/play/eat? | You have access to the general dining areas, the buffet, and the game room for the entirety of your visit. Which is completely up to you! |
| Do you provide wheelchairs? | We do not provide wheelchairs, however, we do make accommodations for those needing wheelchair accessibility. |

| What do you do for guests who are celebrating a birthday with less than 10 guests? | As you are purchasing your package, let a cashier know that you are celebrating a birthday so the honoree can spin our Incredible Prize Wheel! |
| We do not want to do a birthday package, can we just reserve tables? | We accept reservations for groups of 10 or more on a chosen package. We also accept walk-ins if you would like to come in and find your own seating. |
| What supplies do you provide for parties? | We will set tables up for your guests complete with tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, birthday hats, balloons, paper blow outs, and more! Plus we offer a variety of add-ons, like piñatas, to enhance the experience. |
| The website says parties are for 10 people, what ages are considered “kids?” | We do not have any age restrictions, adults can be included in the package. |
| What color(s)/themes do you decorate rooms/tables with? | We decorate with primary colors like yellow, blue, red, and green. We currently do not offer themes. |
| How much do adults have to pay to enter with a birthday party? | If you have party guests that are not included on your party package, they are able to purchase any package we offer including a buffet. Find appropriate pricing on our Buffet page. |
| Can children wear costumes? | Yes, as long as their face is visible and is deemed family friendly. |
| Can we bring a character to a party? | Yes, a buffet purchase is required for them to enter if they eat. |
| What is an Ice Cream Cookie Cake? | One layer of vanilla soft serve sandwiched between two large chocolate cookies topped with whipped topping and an edible logo wishing a happy birthday! This is about the size of a medium pizza, serves up to 16 guests and can be added to any birthday package for $14.99! |
| What does the buffet include? | We offer a fresh salad bar, hot dogs, tacos, pasta, soups, homestyle foods, desserts and, of course, pizza! All buffets include unlimited drinks from our Coca Cola fountains. |
