Problem Resolution:
1. Employee presents problem to immediate supervisor/manager after incident occurs.
2. Immediate supervisor responds to problem during discussion or after consulting appropriate supervision. Immediate supervisor documents discussion and sends to HR.
3. If at this time, the problem is still not resolved, the employee presents problem to the next level of management or General Manager.
4. If problem is still not resolved, employee may contact the employee hotline at 1-877-224-1408 ext. 224 or email hotline@incrediblepizza.com
5. HR may review and consider options to resolve issue. If the employee has notified HR he/she would like to remain anonymous, their name will not be included on any notification.
